I really appreciated the convenient parking at the Cleveland Centre car park. It has a direct door to the hotel on the third floor, this made access so easy! The reception staff greeted us warmly. The room offered a great view overlooking the Centre Square.
The breakfast area felt a bit overcrowded. Tables seemed close together. This made breakfast a little less relaxing than hoped for

The room overlooked the square and was a good size. The bathroom had a large shower and it was very clean. Breakfast included real tomatoes and an excellent selection buffet. I received birthday wishes from the staff. That was thoughtful.
I found the parking situation a little confusing initially, it was not explained well and resulted in extra trips up and down stairs.
